Time in Kansas

Last week I was able to go and visit Cyd and Ken in Kansas City (Overland Park) to be there for her birthday and to help them move. They moved into a slightly bigger apartment in preparation for their new addition. They are in an area with more LDS students who are attending Cleveland Chiropractic School as well. I think that they will really like this area and ward and feel apart of things. The apartment is more like a Town home than an apartment. They had moved a great deal before I got there so I was the first to stay in the extra bedroom!
Here they are in the new apartment, always a cute couple. With Charlie of course.

The cute mommy to be in the office/guest bedroom.

I saw these cute onesie's for Valentine's Day and so I picked them up for them. Ken's says Daddy's Girl and Cyd's says My Heart Belongs to my Mommy.

And yes Cydney cried! So cute. It was hard to say goodbye to them when I was on my way home but I am anxious for the next trip out there when the baby is born and for the blessing!!!

Happy Birthday Dave

It was time to celebrate another birthday for Dr. Dave. We went JCW'S in Lehi for dinner, it was very casual and fun to just visit.

Grandpa and Caleb just havin' a little chat!

Such a cute little family

Watching the fun.

Not quite the little kids table!

These are the moments that I look for as a mom when we get together as a family. When the sisters are drawn together just for the fun of it. I am not sure what they were reacting to but watching them together is something I just love.

What a good Dad to LOVE wearing the hat the kids made earlier.

Caleb couldn't wait for Dad to open his present and was so good at keeping a secret for his mom.

Capin' Spencer and that award winning smile. For days it seems like he never took that hat off. Just too cute!
Happy Birthday (late) Dr. Dave.

Celebrating with the kids.

When we got home from Honolulu we got together for our "Second Sunday Dinner," even though it was the fourth Sunday, at Natalie's house. They gave us this Family Tree for our anniversary. It is really awesome.

After we had pizza's for dinner, each family was in charge of making their own variation to share with each other. We played games for a little while.
This was one of the favorite hiding places for this little guy.

The youngest just couldn't keep his eyes open for the fun. Watching a child sleep is such a wonder! It takes sleep to slow him down for sure.

One of the games that we have enjoyed playing is Guitar Hero. Watch these two little boys dance and play. (Well one isn't so little but fun to watch anyway!!)
