Jack's first time at the beach

Since we didn't play on the beach on Sunday this was Jacks first real experience. I don't think he was overly excited about it.

Kerry took part of the day off to be with us and we went to Cheeseburger in Paradise and then got ready to play.

Jack really didn't love the water. After awhile they decided to take him back to the Hotel for an afternoon nap. Reb went with them to get showered and cleaned up. Kerry and I stayed in the water up against the wall and let the water sweep over us. Unfortunately I don't have a picture to prove to everyone that I actually let that happen, and laughed about it. It was great to just be in the water with Kerry to talk and relax.
When we all got cleaned up and ready to go to dinner Rachel wasn't feeling well and Jack was still soundly sleeping so she had us go with out her. It turns out he slept for twelve hours that night. With the time change and the fast pace we just wore the little guy out.

We tried a place right on Waikiki that I had wanted to go to for some time called Tiki's it was pretty good. I felt bad that Rachel had Chicken Noodle Soup for dinner while we went out but she said it made her feel better.

Little did we know how the little amount of time in the sun would burn Rebecca and Rachel so badly...not a good way to start beach time!
